    •   successfully acted and obtained a judgment for over Euro 12million for DDD LLC and Zebra Technologies Europe Ltd in a claim arising out of various guarantees issued by Condor Insurance Ltd (DDD LLC & Zebra Technologies Europe Ltd -v- Condor Insurance Ltd);  
    •   successfully acted for various third parties in defending claims on performance bonds brought by Frans Maas (UK) Ltd against Habib Bank AG Zurich;  
    •   successfully acted in a leading English case on bills of exchange (First Discount Ltd -v- Cranston);  
    •   successfully defended various individuals in respect of claims brought by GMAC Commercial Credit Ltd arising out of various invoice discounting facilities;  
    •   successfully acted for OAO Atlantrybflot in over-turning on appeal a judgment given to Dumford Trading AG based on novel points of English guarantee law; and  
    •   successfully acted for P & P Designs Plc in bringing claims against Euro Sales Finance Ltd arising out of the latter’s alleged breach of an invoice discounting facility.
